No, but I've received one. Then I got a text saying sorry, it was sent to me in error. I'd love to have seen their face when they realised their error.

OMG! Did I send that one to you last night?? Oh no, not you. I meant to send it to my bf but ended up sending it to my friend who happens to be a guy. Too much. But at least he enjoyed the pic.

Yeah...This guy who I think really liked me. It was really embarassing but his name was right nest to my boyfriend in my cell phonebook. He called me immediately thinking I was sending it to him....it was a big old mess. LESSON LEARNED! Double check...just in case
