Ok I know what happened. I didnt know I was pregnant, just thought I was having a bad period. for 2 hours I had the worst pains/cramps and passed a bunch of blood with solid pieces in it. I went to the doctor and he said thats more than likely what happened. My blood test showed my hormones at 5 weeks pregnant. He wants me to come back in 5 more days to re-test my blood and make sure that it has dropped. The only thing that worries me is that today my lower belly feels hard and its swollen and sore. Sore probably because my jeans were too tight for whats going on. Doc said theres a chance that the levels will stay the same or go up, so then what? Can you still be pregnant after all that? Its 8 days after the incident and I am still bleeding a little but not as much.
I guess I can wait to go back to Doc on tuesday, but I'm just curious.

I'm sorry but your symptoms sound like you did miscarrage.i think just to be on the safe side being your stomach is hard and sore you should go to an emergency room .i was pregnant 1 time and i didn't know i could due to many illnesses.i went to the doctor at 4/half months.they did the ultra sound and there was no heartbeat..i wanted to just go away and die that day,i went back 2days later and had an d+c which is a abortion..i never tried again as my heart was broken for 5yrs after that,,,you mite can call a hosp in your city and see if they have a 24hr nurse that you could talk to about your symptoms,,,goodluck and god bless and you'll make it thru this also,,,,

i think the doc should have did more then a blood test he should have done an ultra sound just to make sure. but i do think you should go to the doc before Tuesday. you need to be told whats going on with you instead of both you and the doc guessing. if it was a miscarriage then you will bleed for a while. but please do go to the doc before Tuesday.

more than likely you are not pregnant. usually your doctor will do a D&C on you to clean you out on the inside and to help with the bleeding. but if you were only a few weeks pregnant it may not be necassary. the pain you fill is probably just your body ajusting to what has happened.

I had 2 miscarriages. The best thing is to get a D&C and get clean out. Sometimes your body does not get everything out and you keep bleeding.
