I have three:
Eat to the Beat by Blondie
I absolutely LOVE every single song on that album. I used to listen to it over and over and over, and I never get tired of it. Blondie is my favorite band ever and Eat to the Beat is some of their best work. Their lyrics are genius, the music is exciting, and you can't be the voice of the lovely Debbie Harry! Of course, Parallel Lines was great too, but I love Eat to the Beat just a little bit more. My favorite song off of that album is Dreaming.
Beauty and the Beat by The Go-Go's
Again I love every song. I loved their punk attitude and boldness, after all they were the first all female band to have a number one album. It contains some great hits and is a joy to listen to, my favorite is Skidmarks On My Heart.
Ramones by The Ramones
I am a big fan of punk rock and The Ramones are the founders of it. This album is packed full of energy and pure punk rock. Each song is so powerful, even though they are each about two minutes. My favorite one is I Wanna Be Your Boyfriend.

That is a really hard one, so many albums that I love. If I have to go with one I will say the first Heart Greatest Hits album with the old hits: Magic Man, Barracuda, Dog and Butterfly, though their "Bad Animals" album was pretty good to. But I also love:
Pink Floyd "Dark Side of the Moon"
Garth Brooks "The Hits"
Eagles "Hell Froze over tour"
Scorpions "Best of Rockers and Ballads"
INXS "Kick"
Tom Petty "Full Moon Fever"
"The Baddest of George Thorogood and the Destroyers"
"Led Zeppelin" plus pretty much anything by the Beatles, The Rollings Stones, or Queen. Uh, and the Queensrych album with Silent Lucidity, and Jet City Woman.
As for why, I really couldn't say for sure. With Heart, Its mostly because I like the old school guitar rock, and though Heart was one of the first legit all woman bands they rock as hard as anyone.

Scarecrow - John "Cougar" Mellencamp. It was the first album that really tuned me on to music. I was a little boy in the middle of Illinois and here comes these songs about small towns and farms. I thought to my self, "Hey I can actually relate to this". Growing up in the 80's it was the ultimate soundtrack and opened my ears to music from Patsy Cline to Black Sabbath.

The Black Parade.
by My Chemical Romance...
I don't think I've ever heard an album so amazing..
The lyrics, the instruments, and the overall feel of just makes me love music even more!!
It's not about the bands looks, but it's about how they can revolutionize music.

Songs in the Key of Life. It was just awesome and it is also timeless. Stevie's pennacle achievement. He hasn't done anything good since, IMO.
Earth, Wind and Fire's album with the pyramid on it is a close second. *I don't remember the name* It was also their crowing achievement.
