The same thing happened to me. Unfortunatly your going to have to wait until iTunes fixes the problem with the video and then repurchase and redownload it again.

my advice would be that its missed a part or some sort of bug during the copying process so you will need to reload or re-add the video entirely from wherever you got it, but then again it sounds like a video problem within your computer, Your RAM could be too small that the video is "lagging", in that case you will need to add some ram to your computer to get it to where the video is playing full speed along with the audio, if it does the same on various other videos then you will need more ram usually 512 MB ram is sufficient on your system
