ha ha i like the addition to your question for the little girl.
anyways. um... sorry to say that yeah he could and it is illegal depending on how serious the relationship is... if your having sex and your parents find out and have some kind of grudge against hI'm they could get him for statutory rape. since your still a minor and all. just be careful how you go about things and im not here to lecture you but remember older guys have older intentions. dosnt go for everyone but the majority. hopefully you found a good one. good luck!!!!

It's not illegal for you to date. As long as your parent's have no problem with it. If your having sex with him, make sure your parent's are aware ahead of time. Talk to them to find out if they have a problem with it. Because if they do that's what can get him into trouble. Most states are very flexable with a two year age difference because 16 is the age of consent. So there is not much they can do.

Oh btw I am in Virginia too. Around the Norfolk area. :)

I'm not sure about VA but i believe that it is legal in most states. By date i assume you mean have sex, since there wouldnt be much concern otherwise. statutory rape would be a problem if you were under the age of 16 but in most states, 16 is the "allowable" age to be with an adult.

It depends. What is the age of consent in your state? If it is 16, you're fine. If it is 18, you could be in trouble.

By "date", I'm assuming that sex is involved. As far as I know, there are no legal age restrictions on having a relationship with someone.

most states you can date in some its a statutory rape if you have relations with him but most folkes dont report this so dont tell the judge and enjoy your life just use birth control so hes not the baby daddy and then he wont show up on the radar in court for non-support for a minor child of a minor OK

VA beach here :p (srry had to say it..)
Its only illegal if your parents dont want you dating him. But if he had sex with you or something and your parents found out, they might press charges.

Your best course of action would be to call your local law enforcement. All states are pretty much the same. It shouldn't be a problem provided there is no "Hanky Panky" if you get my drift!
Behave!

I am pretty sure you will need to have parental consent, but if you have been dating him, that wouldn't matter. I hope everything works out for the two of you!

Yes, it will be illegal. Yes, he can get in trouble. But if your parents are cool with it then you are ok, I suggest getting on their good side.
