does anybody think that there will be, in the near future, an attack like or even bigger than 9/11? if you have predictions, and are reasonable, you can say them here.

Yes, it will likely happen. Perhaps coordinated attacks in several cities.
I am surprised that it hasn't happened again yet, and I have to think the government is doing a better job at gathering intelligence than it did before 9/11.
However, many people are getting complacent, and the enemies have time on their side. The conflict is still in its early stages. Even with better security on the part of the US, some attack is bound to get through. The US isn't the only one with intelligence.
Some years down the road (I don't think it will be too soon, but I could be wrong) we may indeed suffer a nuclear attack. I would prefer that we don't, though.

Tyler, that is a question that goes through all of our minds. Some might ask "will there" but most are asking WHEN. Yes, i believe we will be attacked, not to the degree 9/11 was, they caught us off guard. Just like the Japs did in Pearl. I think we will be attacked town by town. I think they are already here in America, hiding and waiting. They will hit us at the malls during X-Mas, or sporting events, concerts or even church. They don't believe in our God. This is my opinion, so take it for what its worth.

Doubt if any thing major will happen. Bush got what he needed with 9/11. Control of building the pipeline in Afghanistan, that was going to be awarded to Argentina, poppy farms are up and producing which will help the CIA with their illegal operations. He is building permanent bases in Iraq. Occasionally a news flash is released by Osama, just to make the Americans feel Bush and Homeland security are on the job. Did you hear Haliburton moved their hdqs to Dubai in the UAE, taking billions in US taxpayers $s with them.

I say yes...and it may involve a nuclear weapon or one hell of a bomb or a string of bombs.

Actually I'm surprised we haven't had any suicide bombers, yet. *knocks on wood*
