i have tried everythin i cant figure out how to put videos on my ipod ?

i dont know what you've tried but are the videos on the computer already??? or are you taking it from the DVD??? both ways will require you to have Itunes downloaded on your computer.
you will need to "import" the movie from wherever you have it saved on your computer, import like you would with a song usually. then just add it to your playlist or however you have your itunes setup
insert the DVD or wherever the movie is located if it isnt on the computer and then itunes should be able to locate a new media and it will "rip" or copy the video from the DVD and put it into the itunes directory where you will then be able to upload it just like a normal song if things go well.

Try TubeHunter which downloads videos from over 20 video sharing webs. It can also converts DVD movie to all most popular video/audio formats and converts video file between all popular video formats. That's what you really need.
