dresses for summer wear???

i want to get a nice and cute dress for the summer that is under $15 and is light and cute...... also i would like to find a big belt to wear at my mid section so if u find one that would be nice!!

thrift store! i went to mine last week and got 3 fantastic summer dresses for a total of $20. you can't always guarantee they'll have something you like, but if you go once or twice a week then i'm sure you'll find SOMETHING by the time summer rolls around.
