Yes I value life, and I have taught my daughters to do the same. They know their life is precious, every moment is precious, and not to waste it.

I value life more than anything! This is a precious gift and we ought to take a great care of it. I value it more when I see so many of my friends and relatives dying from cancer. 8 of them passed away since december! I feel very fortunate to have survived this long after a stroke ten years ago and an operation. ( actually was supposed to be sleeping but I wasn't, and heard everything that was said in the operation room, and even spoke to let them know I understood what they were saying. The doctors saved my life twice and I was completely aware of it! It actually took away my fear of death.
I lived to thank that lady surgeon twice. I was in the hospital for epilepsy and she came to see a lady next to me in the emergency, so I reassured the lady that she was in good hands and thanked that doctor again. And that was some years after. I was given extra time and that's how I feel about life. Gratitude for being alive!

Personally, I only started to value and appreciate life in my early thirties after I accepted full responsibility for it. I was an angry and depressed individual. Once I started searching for the truth in everything I was pretty much forced to. But I sure am glad I did because now I find appreciation and tolerance in almost everything and a new joy in putting my attention towards others and things that matter. Yeah... I really value life!

I value my life after coming close to losing it. After losing my health in an accident, it has taken years for me to gain physical strength and mental ability back to the point where I feel l can enjoy life.
I realize that life is truly what you make it. I have had plenty of opportunities to lay down and stop getting better - stop getting stronger - and stop getting smarter. I could've gone on disability and let society carry me. That's not a happy life for me, to give up. My life has been hard, going back to college and finishing with honors, trying again and again to establish a life for myself. I have learned that life is wonderful and amazing, when we choose to make it that way. It's not about what happens to you, or what situation you find yourself in - it's all about what you do with what you're given and blooming where you're planted, to use an old analogy.

Yes. There is so much we don't know about life. Even our bodies are a mystery to us, we haven't even come near to discovering everything about them.
I value my life. I have come close to suicide a couple of times, even went so far as to tie a rope around my neck. But I couldn't do it...why? Because I couldn't help thinking of the beauty...
There are positives and negatives, but it's your decision about which one outweighs the other.

it's a wonderful gift, just hard at times because we just depend on ourselves and others, not God like we should.
