I'm not sure where you can get your silver jewelry repaired/dipped in silver.
You may want to try jewelry shops/ custom jewelers.

If your silver jewelry is tarnished, however, a simple solution for that is silver cleaner.

This product is fairly inexpensive and very simple to use.
You can get it at any grocery store or a store similar to Walmart.

Or, any jewelry maintenance kit will come with silver cleaner.

You don't get it repaired you just get some silver cleaner from the jewelers or the drug store and follow the instructions. The tarnish comes right off, it's amazing. No one gets it dipped in silver!!!

Tarnish is not considered a repair . . .
You clean with toothpaste and if the silver has worn off then you have it plated.
Macy's should have a referral for the service in your area.
