cingular offers mobile to mobile, but does that include long distance in all plans?

Yes it does, no matter whereever you are in the US mobile to mobile is free, no long minutes will be charged to your phone. But if you use it after 7? or 9? you have unlimited phone calls to ANYONE in the US. But you can't have unlimited outside of US because it is using a different phoen company for CIngular is GSM and there are several other GSM networks outside of the united states. GL!

mobile to mobile is MOBILE to MOBILE no matter where you are its still mobile to mobile as LONG as both person or phones have the mobile to mobile service otherwise you will have that long distance charge... i call ppl from Georgia and im in Kansas and i have cingular mobile to mobile as well and i dont pay extra for long distance cuz its mobile to mobile service
