sims 2 juice?

I was looking through this website called snooty sims, the link is http://www.snootysims.com/infoindex.php?id=juices for what my question is about. My question is, how do I make these juices, do I need to plant a garden or something? And how do I use the juices?

- Buy a juicer
- Plant a garden or buy a fruit tree

once your garden grows harvest the fruit/vegetables off them, they'll now be in your sims inventory, you can now use the juicer to make the juice by stocking it up with your fruits and vegetables

If you type in:

boolprop testingcheatsenabled true

And shift+click the fruit tree, or any plot that has something growing for that matter, you can make the fruit or vegetable -instantly- harvestable for your enjoyment. It helps when your tree turns up with -bland-fruit.
