I've heard that there is an off-site parking lot in Essington that offers shuttle service to JFK, which is included in the daily parking rate.
Does anyone know which parking lot it is? I need a inexpensive shuttle to JFK! Thanks!

You are not going to find a parking lot and a shuttle to JFK for $9 unless you intend on riding along with illegal immigrants who live in Philly and work at JFK.

I can't speak for parking lots but the cheapest way to get to JFK from the PHL is SEPTA train R1 to Trenton then NJ transit train to New York and the A train subway out to the JFK howard beach (JFK airport) station. The whole trip will cost about $12 total.

...all I know is that PHI econo parking is $9 a day and the shuttle to and from the parking lot is free.
