There is no right answers to these questions.

What are the 3 things you would change on yourself? Ask your mom and your two closest friends what are annoying traits you have, and use that information.

What 3 things you think you bring to this company? Make a list tonight of your skills and achievements, repeat three of them and say you hope to repeat the same types of success with a new company.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years? Only you can answer that one, but hopefully not in the same cubicle doing the same job!

And what other questions of this nature do they ask and what are the answers to those? Be prepared to talk opening about challenges that you met, and challenges you failed at and what you would have done differently. Talk openly about your strengths and weaknesses when asked. And avoid using the following things as answers:
1. I am hard worker
2. I work well alone
3. I am a fast learner
4. I am a perfectionist
5. I am a team player

If you must use one of those five statements, you better have more than one story to back it up.

Good luck. And if you want the job at the end of the interview, tell them!
