They follow my advice, and try to be like me.
I tell them to be themselves, in a nice way.
What else can I do to set them a good example?.
Thank you. I really want to help these girls.

please, people, I was not being snobby, just asking for advice. I am NOT a queen bee, and I'm not popular. Actually I'm quite the loner. It's just that once one asked me for advice on IM and I gave it to her. She said she was so happy with it that she told all her friends I helped her. They started coming too. I don't understand WHY they like me so much, when in my high school nobody even looks at me.

If these girls follow you like you're their role model then be the best one you can be! You should feel proud that they respect and admire you as much as they do. Generally speaking be a good citizen and make good choices in life.

Don't forget to always be kind and respectful and they will surely do the same, following in you're footsteps. :)

Well heres one view: They took advice and it worked, even if it was common sense sort of advice, now they might figure that you're their best friend and ask you just about everything, there isn't much you can do to set a good example except keep acting like...you, pretty much. Sorry that this doesn't quite answer your problem but this sort of thing is like being stuck between a rock and a hard place, either you break some eggs or you just keep acting like yourself, try to pound the point you're trying to make home: "Be yourself, not somebody else"

on a side note: Be its good at least that they aren't looking up to the school skank.

You have chosen a life of a public one. You need to step up and meet ALL of these challenges. You need to make time for everyone. Finally, you need to have someone represent you that is mature in these things. You have a long life ahead of you. Hire someone that has either been through this or a better publicist.
Oh... and since you are having young girls follow your advice and your way of life... you need to do the exact opposite as Madonna or Brittany or Angolina Joli. Dont end up like them... and teach these other young girls to respect themselves and others in an honorable way.

Instead of telling them to be themselves try to give them a beauty tip or advice here and there and try to set possitive example. I was once the younger, shy, ugly girl that admired the older, prettier girl. I wanted boys to look at me just like they looked at that older girl I admired. I thought if I looked and acted just like the older girl then all the boys would pay attention to me.

Just be a good person. Teach them right not wrong and try your best to get them to be themselves. If you really want to be a good example try doing volunteer work with them, and show them its cool to help people.

We can not choose who admires us...all you can do is continue to live the best life you can.
They will learn by your example even if you dont want them to.
If that is not satisfactory for you, try to talk with each ones' parents to spend more time with them so they will have less time to think about you.

You can be polite and respectful to the kids that are towards the bottom of the popularity list. That is true character, as it shows you aren't easily influenced by the schoolyard politics.

You, my lassie, are what people call an Angel. Young people ALWAYS have minor/major problems that no-one seems honest enough to tell them the truth, and not blab it to others. You go girl......I believe you really are a cool person, and deserve much credit. God Bless you.....

Be a good example for them. Live well and let them see you doing it! Be real with them, many times other peers and parents wont. Good for you, its nice that these girls have a thoughtful mentor!

Good luck!
