She was terrific in Stage Beauty. The last scene was heart pounding. She was also good in Brokedown Palace.
As far as her personally: I've heard contradicting reports. I wouldn't be surprised if she was full of herself. Most young actors are.
By the way, the guy in the commercial is Patrick Wilson from Hard Candy and The Phantom of the Opera (as Raoul).

l've never liked her.
She was full of "diva" attitude when she visited our country years ago. Even criticized us saying we are like cockroaches.
She's entitled to her opinion but many won't forgive her for saying that.
