You have a concussion , it could be serious if you have internal bleeding or bruising of your brain. I would get it checked out at the hospital .

You can look at her pupils and if they seem to be the same size she probably doesn't have a concussion. If she has stopped crying she will probably be all right as well. If she complains about a headache tomorrow or the next day it's because her neck muscles got the brunt of the problem there. She would need to free up her neck muscles if she complains about any head pains and here's how to free them up to ease those pains: Neck Release: Place your hands behind your head touching your fingers. Press into the back of your neck with them and hold the pressure on them. After 30 seconds slowly lower your head until your neck is fully extended. Release the pressure but hold your head there for another 30 seconds. For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.

To be honest, I don't know; but, if you felt tired immediately after you hit your head-- if your vision went blurry and you're having a difficult time remembering things you normally would have no problem remembering (such as your name and address, for instance), you might have a concussion, which are nasty little buggers that can last a few days and sometimes play havoc with a few of your other senses. So long as you can still remember everything you should remember-- so long as aren't having any coordination problems or vision problems, then I wouldn't worry about it too much and you'll be fine, once the bump goes away. Until then, you'll probably have an unholy headache that won't go away for a little bit. Having had those kinds of hits to my head, I know how they go pretty well.

Let a doctor tell you that because that's who you should go see. Head injuries are very serious and the effects could be latent. What I mean by that is you may feel fine now but pass out three days from now or start feeling dizzy.

The back of the head contains the occipital lobe. This area of the brain is thought to have some control over vision.

Apparently not your typing skills!! Sorry....
Do you feel different at all? Are you acting different? My son hit his head pretty hard on the back and nothing seemed to come of it. He was fine and dandy. However, if you feel anything at all, you really should get it checked out. You don't want swelling in your brain.

Nothing to worry about. If something was affected due to falling, it would have happened by now. I'm sure it's sore, but just rest your head, don't stress, and relax!
