orton wont because of his ineffectivness
booker t hasnt made ratings when he was champion
cm punks to young
edge has allready won one and has fueded for the belt till it was dry
finlay has a decent shot
matt hardy deserves a push hes my favorite for the match
jeff wont be pushed for a wwe title shot
