about a trillion disgusting germs making their way from your hand to the rest of your body. I still can't resist picken it up though, just in case the old saying is true. Find a penny pick it up all day long you'll have good luck.(I even say it as I pick it up)

good luck if its heads up otherwise it takes a day off of your life also you will have a shiny penny no matter what and if your attention span is as bad as mine you will definately need it to keep you entertained (ooo shiny...damn community service!)
