Yes probably good,but it could depend on the guy right.Some just do that on a regular basis to pick girls up.If your getting WOW from a lot then u prob look good then.

Depends on what type of a guy it is. Most likely it means that you look very good. Otherwise, if he's some perv... he's probably checking out your other "assests." Again, depends on the guy. At least thats what I think.

as long as they say it in what seems like a happy way, then they probably think you're gorgeous!
if they say it like... "wow..... so.... this is it?", then they're a jerk. lol.
