The following may sound remote, but there is a connection.
I heard once that no matter how much we understand a piece of poetry, or how firmly we think we really understand it, the actual understanding; meaning is always hidden in the heart of the poet.
What are the unspoken words? Are they expressive of what you want?
My answer is: You are the poet, the composer and the words' meaning lies within you. Pearls they are, encased in beautiful shells laid on the sandy bottom of your sea-self...Delve, dive within, break the shell and immerse yourself in their radiance; their wisdom.

The subject in mind is confusing that deterred you in the expression. You are either thinking too far ahead or too near that consequences from both may affect the judgment. Since you are doubtful on the course of action, the alternative is to seek advice from whomever having the qualification for the assistance.
Procrastination is taboo having the infection of laziness and complacency---meaning that you are expecting an answer from the other side when you are supposed to resolve the dilemma on hand. Best be honest, and frankness is the only recourse to whatever that stand in your way.

Words left unspoken...the subject of numerous songs, poems, memoirs.....the things that may or may not haunt or lives. Words left unspoken can become regrets...they can be saving graces....
What exactly is it about them that you want?
LOL...sorry....I thought perhaps you had some question pertaining to unspoken words....nice thought...thumbs up!

I..I ..I need to say what I feel, or think. I don't like to leave words unspoken or questions unanswered. I have no peace, until I say what I need to say, the thing is, to find the right words.

If they were negative, it's better that way.
If they were positive, then ask for courage and speak, speak, speak.
