As for me : The time I swam with wild dolphins down the south coast of "NSW".... The dolphins came within 100m of the beach, chasing a shoal of fish... Myself and the son of a friend (who had been fishing, and brought some of the fish with him as he swam), swam out to them.... Then the friend's son threw the fish at the pod, and it turned.....
>>>>
Suddenly, they were all around us, under our feet.... One even surfaced just beyond my reach.... My heart still races........ thinking about it..................This was a once in a lifetime experience...........
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

So, what about you????
Explain your answer............

Thanks, for answering in advance! :-)

*Have a beautiful day*

Take care!

Well this may sound silly to all you young folks,
but when I was in my early 20's,
I went to a concert of my favorite singer at the time,
and I stood close to the stage,
and as he walked by,
I reached out towards him and he reached out to touch my hand as he walked by...
I thought I would never get over that...

What a beautiful experience! The only one I can recall is quite different, but I learned so much about myself. I'd heard what sounded like sand tossed on my office window, (late at night), an interval of silence, more "sand." Then pebbles. My drapes were drawn. I realized someone was trying to figure out if anyone was at home. My very first move was to lock my kitty safely in the bedroom. I am "armed," & registered, & know how to handle a gun. I stood about 10 feet from the window, (after calling 911), with my arm very straight & steady. & I was NOT afraid, as I would have thought I'd be. I heard the screen rip, the glass break, & saw the drapes billow in. That's enough of that story. But, I'd really never had an adrenalin rush before, even when I was learning to fly. I realized that we never really know of what we are capable, until we actually face it. In the past few years, I've learned much about the degree of my "strength," & while this is not beautiful, as your experience, it has contributed a lot to--who I know that I am. Thank you for sharing.

Co-piloting in a 214 (heli-logging) with a load that exceeded our capacity and still bringing into the landing before having to punch the load, which I had been instructed to do. I'm not even a pilot. It was highly illegal I was even on board, let alone co-piloting. I found out years later from A.M.E.'s familiar with the A/C (that's aircraft, not air-conditioning) that if we'd had to actually drop the load chances are the A/C would have flipped over and ... well, game over.

Wow , I'm sure that would happen to me if I got to do that; I love Dolphins. However mine was when I mountain bike raced for sure. I'm still getting a rush just thinking of it and the jangled nerves as well even though it was 12 years ago
