my sister is having a boy and a girl, she has already decided on the girls name Amelita Rosa but has no idea for a boys name, her husband wont budge on Luis Daniel but my sister cant stand that name and her husband named the girl so she thinks its only fair she names the boy. what names would go well with Amelita Rosa?
oh and my sister and her partner are hispanic so want a spanish sounding name

I really like the name Emilio. and it goes well with Amelita.
How about Emilio Daniel, or Emilio Raul?
i also liked the idea about the same initials as Amelita Rosa...

It does not rhyme with sister's name so there's no teasing in school. But there are similarities too - same number of letters in the first & middle names and same initials. If you think same initials would be problematic, invert it - Raul Antonio. Both names are in your list.

I'm no expert on spanish names.... but I kinda like Luis Daniel. However, if her husband chose the girl's name by himself then it's true she should be able to name the boy... either that or she can change the girls name and her husband can name the boy Luis Daniel...
Anyway, all I can says I that I am a twin and rhyming names are NOT a good thing. When they get older they want to be two separate people... I would have resented my parents for life if my brother and I had rhyming names.... tell your sister and her husband to please not do that to them!
