How many of you out there believe in a mix relationship? I meet this woman, and she is everything that a man could or would be looking for. But there is a couple of problems, our age,"both of us is grown up" and our race.

Don't get me wrong, color has nothing to do with it. We get along just fine and I really want it to be more than just fine. She know how I feel and we talk about it everyday.

The thing is how many of you out there feel that it is wrong to be a mix couple? I really love this woman and don't mind telling her that. Do I have a problem or what? You be the judge.

There is no problem with different races dating. Ignore any ignorant people who tell you otherwise. My fiance is white/asian and we are very happy together. Love shouldn't be affected by race, religion, etc.

Yes, you have a problem. Don't get me wrong, you have the problem lots of us have. History, the sort of history where it was us against them. I can recall so many incidents from memory where irrational reasons for race mixing made the nightly news, but, behind it all there were some who could and did overlook all that. Those who did, did it through love.

Go for it, don't spend a life wondering "what if"? Lead the way, show others it is possible, and i guarantee you in time if it is meant to be it will be the whole roller coaster ride that a loving relationship is meant to be.

No, YOU be the judge
There are some people who say what you're doing is wrong. Others who say it isn't. If you listen to people out there you'll never get it right. There are indeed problems with a mixed relationship and you will have to be very strong in your love to face and overcome these problems. So don't let other people tell you whether you are wrong or whether you have a problem. Especially people you don't even know. Listen to your own heart and mind and decide for yourself.

Never ask a question like this unless you really want to find yourself wondering if what you desire out of life is really something wrong. Are you racist? If not, don't give racist people the option to determine the direction of your life. Love and race are not enemies, so make that the last reason to pass up a woman you're interested in.

James,
Nine months ago you posed the following question to us:
" I'm gay, and need some new friends, how do I get them? "
And now you're stating you have met a woman that is "everything that a man could or would be looking for."
I see you're buttering your bread on both sides now.
As for mixed race relations, I'm all for them. I wish you success with your new-found love for a woman, and good-luck with your new-found sexual orientation.

why should people care who you love? the sad fact of life is that many people try to get to decide who sleeps in our bed at night the only thing that should matter is do you want to role over and hold her in the middle of the night
i try to wonder what would our world would be like if everyone was blind so you couldnt see who holds hands with who but them i figure that someone would be judged because they walk to loudly or has a lisp no matter what there will be judgemental ignorant people so you just have to learn to ignore them

great luck to you and your special friend

I see nothing wrong with dating or marrying outside of my race. Don't get so hung up on your color or it will eat away at your relationship.

For me I have no problems with it, who am I to judge?
It appears she has some issues somewhere, back off and see if she makes the first move to contact you. Good luck!

there is no biological reason to not be a mix couple, its really a societial thing. It might be hard on you guys socially for people who dont agree, but there really is not reason not to.
