Let him out. He has been isolated from the General Prison Population since he was incarcerated.
I mean let him out of isolation! When he enters the General Population's Yard...he will be history in less than 15 minutes.
I understand that there has been a price (contract) on his head (death) for many years.
Even some of the prison guards want the contract...my best guess, from memory, is $350,000. Time will tell.
Charlie ain't going nowhere!

No. Manson actually was given the death penalty in 1971, unfortunately California abolished the death penalty in 1972 changing Manson's sentence to life in prison. Two reasons he should not be released are that 40 years isn't enough to pay for what he did, and that he is still a very dangerous man. His evil was the ability to influence and manipulate people to his will and that is not something that will lessen with time, only become stronger and more developed. I just think that it is unfortunate that society must continuously pay for the support of these criminals who should have been killed.

I think they SHOULD let him out....poor guys is prolly sick of that cell after 40 years....he shouldnt have been kept in there so long...they should let him out for a vacation at least...he could take a trip to the east coast...Actually you know what...to make up for lockin him up for so long the should set him up in one of those lovely bedrooms in the white house they dont use. Yea...but maybe he should take a lil time to adjust...make it kinda like prison in the sense that he cant leave the grounds....yea...give him a few years running around the white house and that should fix a few things...but if he odes do something bad like kill someone...then they could just put him back in jail...I mean shoot...he prolly wont kill anyone important rite?

You'd make a wonderful Defense Attorney...
sure, let's just let all the mass murderers out of jail because after a certain time, they no longer pose a threat to the general public regardless of how horrific their crimes were.

No the man is a lunatic! The only reason he is still alive is California did not have the death penalty during his trial. Did any of his victims have a choice? Why should he? Let him rot in jail!

Yeah, let him out . . . . into general population of the prison so he can get what Dalmer got.
Manson is dangerous. He needs to stay where he is or go to meet his maker, but absolutely never should he be released.

Let him out so he can make another cult and kill more people? Not. Let him rot in a cell for the rest of his sorry days.

I do. Right after we let him out, we should bury him with the fleas from a thousand camels.
