Personally I would run up to the front and grab a hold of the steering wheel to gain control. Immediately after gaining control have two people move the driver and ask if anyone has medical experience and tell someone to call 911. Have them do immediate first aid as you sit down and pull the bus to the nearest safe place to stop.

Haul the driver out of his/er seat and jump in to bring the bus to a stop safely. Someone else can take care of reviving the driver and calling 911.

realistically
if you're in the front you can try to be heroic and gain control of the vehicle but reality says this guy is three hundred pounds and you are not going to move him. So dial 911 and leave the phone ON so GPS can find you as the operator hears the screaming and screatching of the bus as it collides with whatever.
Run to the back of the bus and get down as low as possible to brace for the crash.

Run to the front of the bus and pull over to the side of the road and give CPR and then make sure someone called 911.

i know what id do ,id try and move him good enough to gain control of the bus at least on the steering part of it then try and slow it down some,,it could be done,when a person gets scared ,they can do things they never imagined they could do,good luck i hope this helps.
