You can get liquid eyeliner, both in brush style and felt tip and various colors, from mark for $5-6. You can order either through a local rep or online.

You really shouldn't have a problem with finding eyeliner for under $8 practically anywhere. Wal-Mart or Walgreens would be a few good places to look. Good Luck!

I personally like Jordana eyeliner [they sell it at the drugstore and it comes in amazing colors with a smudgable texture], but for liquid liner, I would choose Prestige eyeliner. It's at most drugstores, it comes in a lot of colors like a pretty aqua-green, and it's $6.00. Hope I helped!

Cover Girl makes an eyeliner that twists out. It is very creamy and makes a nice sharp line. It has a smudge eraser on one end. it costs about $4 to $5.

Try Almay Intense Eye Liquid Liners. They are pigmented, easy to remove, come in a wide variety of colors, ranging from mild to bright to dark and smokey, easy to apply, greatly available in grocery stores and drugstores, and, most importantly, affordable.

Drug stores and grocery stores have some great, inexpensive makeup.
Try Walmart, Target, Brooks, CVS, Walgreens, Sally's Beauty Supply
Look around in any local stores that carry makeup. They'll be sure to have some.
