I have demur on my skill after I joined this new company which no one has experience in my area and I need to set up the procedure which I have difficulty in. My superior can't really help me as he is new in this area and I can feel that the person here look down on me and it is difficult for me to continue working here even though I try very hard to pick up. I feel so demoralize if I continue to work here but if I quit, I may not get a job soon and I need to cater for all house expenses and school fee. I need to upgrade to gain more knowledge but If I take up this course, I need ample time to study and can't take up too stressful work....Help!

Should I go for a junior post /part time job and pursue my degree course for three years or should I continue working here..? Do you have any better advise and suggestion for me.

Thanks,
Shane

I got my degree by part time. I worked in the day time, and had evening class. You need to very discipline and determine. But it certainly can be done. If you find that your current job is what you wanna be in the future, it's better to keep the job, and prolong the period to complete your degree. If not, find a less demanding job.
