I have a 1999 ford winstar and when I slide the tempture button all the way to one side it make a clicking noise (more of a flapping) any Idea what that is? and also when the ac/heat is on it makes a noise like it is turning on an off (a clicking noise but not the same as the one I mentioned above). Any suggestions would be helpful I don't have alot of money and I am hoping to fix it myself.

You might want to get that checked out by a mechanic

The "flapping" noise is just that: a door inside the system flapping from one position to another. Second one might just be the ac compressor kicking in and out, this would be coming from under the hood, not inside the dash.

The first clicking noise is one on the flaps on the heater box. I think is is electric acuator controlled. I don't know how hard it is to get to on a windstar. On some vehicles you have to pull the heater box and it would be better to take to dealer. Look under dash while clicking is going on and see if you can find it. Second clicking sounds like something in the fan blower. Need to take fan out and check it

Sounds like a leaf is inside the blower motor.... it will evetually break away.... as for the clicking sound that is your ac unit cycling on and off, this is normal, dont worry about it.

Something has fallen into the heater intake & is rubbing on the squirrel cage fan. Locate the fan motor. If it is easy to remove, do so & investigate.
