How many of you are tired of professional opinions?

Question

I run into more people who say I am a computer specialist, anurse, a doctor, a teacher, etc etc and let me tell you- and procedes with their intake on what you should do. I understand that everyone is trying to help you out. Anyways, how many of you run into this and what do you do. I tend to let them talk, give that funny little head move, say thanks for your opinion and walk away take it in, use what I can and investigate some of what I am not sure is right.
