1. Humor, wit, or intellligence.
A girl doesn't liked to be bored, and she likes a little wooing. Try to spice up your conversations, or make yourself appealing with CHARM..
2. Sincerity
A girl appreciates someone who doesn't play around, and is genuinely interested in her. If you return her affections and care just as much as she gives, it's a definite plus.
3. Acceptance/Tolerance
Girls aren't the perfect, smelling-good, gorgeous creatures guys seem to think we are. We mess up, have our bad days, and our secret quirks. We're human too. Acknowledge that, and accept it, and we'll love you for it.

#1: honesty. i never want a guy to lie to me or cheat on me, etc.
#2: good-looking/smelling. someone who has a good sense of hygiene. i can't stand sweaty armpits or messy hair!
#3: likes me for me. if they don't like me because of having a zit on my nose, then they are totally not worth it. they have to want to have fun with who i am.
