How can I get it without having to call my isp?

I don't know if I completely understand your question. If all you are wanting is your IP number - there are a number of ways to find that out. One of the easiest - right click on the computers down by the clock - go to status - support tab.
If you added a new NIC card for instance - you now have a new MAC address - this will cause some DHCP servers to reject the call for an IP address. There is no other way around this (without calling your ISP) unless you clone your MAC address.

You can search your ISP web site for configuration settings. They would usually have FAQ or something on what DNS server you should use.
Or, you can leave the settings blank and set your PC to use automatic DHCP. The DHCP server at your ISP will automatically assign a DNS server for you, along with your IP.
