I am trying to install the handset manager software to computer and I keep getting error messages on the first part of installation which is the Mobile Action Drivers Installation.I get error messages stating....

1.Please Power on the handset
2.Attach MA-8870 to the handset
3.Plug MA-8870 into the PC's usb port.
4.If MA-8870 is already plugged into the PC,unplug it and wait for 3 seconds then put into USB Port.

I did all of these things what am I Doing wrong,

I put in Motorola and Razr v3
My provider is cingular...

Go to www.motorola.com then click on Customer Support at the top, then click whichever country you are from, then click on there help that says updating software and or help with bluetooth, they most likely have a updated hardware for it that supports this. Or try going to the handsets website and checking for drivers there, this is the most important most firstly step you must take for it usually works, i had a similar problem and getting the updated stuff made it work. yeah, i think of its on by using default, i'm uncertain if this is became off yet suited now its cranky... each and every time I sign in, it shows an empty window for offline message with out message in it Its not usual. frequently it purely shows if there is any offline message to be shown
