I'm doing a poll of sorts.
How much in height and weight did your child grow between 12 and 16 months? My daughter just turned 1 and I bought big summer clothes for her. I'm wondering if it was a mistake. She gained a whole pound in the last 30 days so I'm wondering if she'll keep it up. I know all babies are different but I'd like your info. Thanks!

My daughter is 16 months old now. She's only gained like 7 or 8 pounds between her one year checkup and now. However she grew like 3-4 inches in those few months which makes a big difference. As far as summer clothes as long as they aren't falling off of her she'll be fine. Kids that age don't have a "fashion sense" it all about what you buy.

its crazy, my son was in 12 month clothes at 9 months and is still in 12 month clothes at 15 months, he's a little taller but fits in them perfectly now.... I wouldnt count on getting her to gain too much weight but each baby is different... (I watch 2 other girls the same age and they are in the same situation)
