hi, i have another questioon about proactiv solution...?

so you had to convince the people to cancel your membership , but in the end they let you cancel it right? thanks for your time!

so are you asking if Proactive lets you cancel your membership at any time even though they gave you a hard time? answer would be yes. you aren't tied into any length of time to subscribe to their product, so you have every right to cancel. you need to be firm with them.

yeah they let you cancel but i found the process annoying hopefully you have a better experience with them
