IM a 15 year old male that currently weighs 158 and i lift weights everyday. I take creatine and whey protein. Ive been taking creatine for a week now and my muscles are more defined. What can i do to get up to 180?

my boy you need to eat good carbs to gain good weight. yams, oatmeal, whole grain breads, brown rice and whole wheat pastas are the key to gaining good healthy weight that wont go to your gut or waist.

Don't gain weight ! Girls are not really after bulky guys, enjoy your defined body while it last. When you will want to lose weight at some point of your life you will remember how silly you were before.Try to get law of attraction to work for you . Start feeling what you will be feeling when you are 180, even you are 158

i was in a similar situation when i was lifting for football. basically you should never let yourself feel hungry. eat many small meals/snacks throughout the day and on top of that include your protein shakes before and after lifting and if you can one in the morning helps too but that was hard for me to do consistently. also take weight gainer whey protein, its the most effective kind.
another tip is when you are lifting try to do more weight on each lift with less repetitions. that kind of workout stimulates more muscle growth
