If you need to see the colors in person to make a desicion, your best bet is to go to your local bead store where they'll have the largest variety of colors to choose from.
If you know the colors you're looking for, eBay is a great source for them. I've purchased from a variety of sellers and have always had good luck.
I have also ordered from www.fusionbeads.com, www.artbeads.com, and www.brightlingsbeads.com. You can buy individual crystals from Fusion and Artbeads, but Brightlings packages theirs in quantities of 10 usually. Also, once you order from Brightlings, they regularly (once a week or so) send you good coupons. Shipping is free at Artbeads and Brightlings, and free with $25 purchase at Brightlings.

If you do not need large quantites and if you have a joann fabrics, probably a joanns ect., you can get them there and there are typically coupons in the newspaper, or you can get the coupons mailed to your house also there are online coupons that you can sign up for at the website. The coupons are usually 40 or 50 % off and the prices depend on what is in each package. If you do not have a joanns in the area you should be able to purchase them online at http://www.joann.com. go to the Jewlery&Beading link on the left and then the crystals are under crystals/gemstones
