i am getting a Windows Genuine Advantage Notification when i start my computer what is that and what do i do

If it says you dont have genuine Windows you have a pirate key. Get Keyfinder from Magicjellybean.com and change the key to a legitimate one. Or you can do a system restore to a date before this started showing up. Then turn off automatic updates.

It means that your PC does not have a valid licence from Microsoft. Your PC will carry on to work as normal, you just won't get any Automatic Updates from now on. There is a way to remove the WGA message from your pc. Search the web on Google and you WILL find where to download it.

Otherwise, I really wouldnt worry about it... few clients of mine have had the message for months and doesn't affect anything!
