Honors college is for students who have shown to be true leaders, mature for their age and above average in intelligence. Talk with a counselor who will let you know what you need to do to apply.

It's the honors program at a particular university. Requirements are going to different from school to school.

...It's like an Honors Program in a college, I think its for students with higher grades.
