I would suggest going with a either a Plextor or an NEC DVD burner. They are considered to be the best, according to the forum at cdfreaks.com. I'm using an NEC 3550 myself, and it does a great job.

Hi. Sounds good. The OEM DVD will need a driver and DVD burning software. You called it a floppy but that, of course, is not a DVD.

Why the floppy... who uses those anymore? You didn't mention what graphics card your are going for? I would look into upgrading the power supply 430W is a minimum.. You didn't list a DVD-RW drive just a floppy... I like this one.. and it has lightscribe capabilities http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16827106055

everything looks great, except i would go for the newegg.com antec series 900 case, 3-120-3 speed fans and a GET THIE 200 mm 3 speed on top, all included. clear side window, super nice. i've got one.

Get Quad-core CPU, 4-Gigs of ram, 1 TB of HD. Then your pc will remain "current" for next 5 yrs.
