I need to have a fundraiser. We need only about $60 for each of 12 highschool kids. Me and some students are going to beat the system and not give the money to our school because there is someone with access that is stealing the cash. I needs to be a bit of a DL plan.

By the way that is 720 dollars.

I would be very careful with that sort of thing. In our district, any fundraising monies earned has to be reported since any "donations" could be claimed by donors when filing federal and/or state income tax. You, of course, may end up being liable. If the issue of funds being "embezzled" at the expense of students is that severe, in my opinion, it is your duty to report it either to a principal, superintendent, or law enforcement official.

Be careful!!

You could always set up a concert. Ask local bands to play for free and make an admission fee. Students love concerts and will definitely go if they know a band or two.
