With the influx of Mexicans and other hispanics, we will be a latino majority population in about 25 years. Remember, every child born here is a U.S. citizen. With globalization, American workers will compete with China and other nations. Our living standard will drop until we are at parity with the rest of the third world. On a brighter note, our large corporations stand to gain substancially by all this. With a vast pool of cheap labor, they can produce goods and services more cheaply. That means more profit for the top level.

Well, "problem" immigrants of previous generations like the italians, poles, irish and the blue bloods of today. MOST AMERICAN IMMIGRANTS I'VE MET SEE THEMSELVES AS AMERICANS. That's you melting pot thing there.

I think in the future, you'll see more blue blood hispanics and asians. There are already a huge number of upper class first, second, third, generation asians (east indians and orientals) in the US.

I'd like to see things work out for blacks in your country but somehow they always get raw end of the stick. I hope that will one day go away.

Look to Mexico to see

the future of America!!!

Once a thriving city, Nuevo Laredo is the prototype for what will be coming to cities in the South Western U.S.A. In another story, the answer to controlling the U.S./Mexican border may be by the Mexican drug cartels.
