My desktop picture changes back into a dark blue background everytime i boot up my computer..............?

it started after i re-installed window blinds. is there any way i can fix this without having to do a system restore?

oh yes, and on that day, before i rebooted for window blinds installation, i changed the WallpaperDir key in my registry editor, can you give me its default directory (value data)?

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/software/Microsoft/Windows/current version

Hi. You edited the registry? Try a System Restore. Or take your backup copy of the registry and restore IT.
