Staring with me. yeah, I love dogging the whiney sux!
(it's so easy to get them going!!!).
But in all seriousness I know they are a good team with a good chance to make the playoffs. It's spring and I'm just getting all my wackiness out of the way.

Once the season starts, it is time to get real and serious!!

That goes for red sox/yankee fans! BE NICE!!!

Keep a secret:
Real White Sox fans like me (over the age of 25) - you don't get me going so easily.
The question is - when the season starts, and the Sox jump out to a big lead - do you stay nice?

Good question. I'm a Yankee fan, I don't like arguing with Red Sox fans or any other fans for that matter. No good comes out of arguing or being upset. Still, a lot depends on other people. When someone insults or ridicules your team because of things like payroll, not winning a World Series since 2000, or just gets their kicks out of baiting us Yankee fans with questions like "Hey Yankee fans, how come your overpaid team can't get out of the first round?", then it's hard to not answer back. I don't go out looking for a fight, I love baseball, enjoy following the other stars, and the knowledgable comments of other fans.

I think most of us want to get along, but there will always be those who enjoy stirring things up,which is kind of sad.

I will always hate the Red Sox. That is who I am as a Yankee fan. I can't help it.

I agree with ya Georgie. I think it's sad that people have to fight over sports like that. I think the AL Central could be the tightest division in the majors with the Twins, Tigers, Sox & Indians. I think it's going to be very close.

You know I love trash talking but I know where my boundaries are and I never cross them...I keep the comments strictly to the performance of the teams...if you or anyone have something to say such as "Yankees or the best" or whatever, say it but please do back it up with substantial evidence such as stats/past records, etc...which is what I do...I know thats not nice but its just part of being a very hard core competitive fan

I'll try, I just can't take it when those damn Red Sucks dog r Yanks, when they know that the Yanks own them.

I also hate it when people say that teams like the Mets, Cards, Tigers, Yankees, and Red Sox suck. They all don't suck. We're all guilty of doing that.

It's baseball, nobody gets along

Spring training is not for baseball players, but for hecklers and rivalry insults alike.
I will continue my tenure of supporting Boston hatred.
Go Yankees!

the windy city's fans blow almost as hard as lake michigan... you won't be able to stop yourself from antagonizing them and rubbing your hands together in glee when coach ozzie questions the manhood of another one of his players.

but hey, until then, let's just hope for no serious injuries and no positive drug tests. play ball!
