Does the Pantech C3 have the following details/options?

And, how much time does it hold of video (if it holds video)

If it doesn't have video, which of the phones that say pay as you go in the following URL have it?

No video, only a 640x480 camera (but is does have a flash).
I don't see any specs for web surfing/mail
No Voice recorder or speaker phone

But.. What do you expect the phone is one of the smallest on the market.

I put a link below to a CNet review of the C300, which is basically the same phone as the C3. The C3 seems to have a different set up for face plates.

If you want to find those features you are looking for, CNet has a lot of great reviews and specification sets for 100s of phones. They also allow for user reviews of the phones. I never buy a cell phone without reviewing it on CNet first.
