There is a very good possibility that I would tell them that I was nervous and why. If I couldn't do that, I would take a deep breath, look them straight in the eyes and ask them, "Can you think of any reason that I should be nervous talking to to you right now?" I think that you'll find that is a great icebreaker, and it will lighten the mood.

basically what i do is i think about what would happen if i didnt approach them. Weigh it out. Like 99% of the time, talking to them is always the best option. Honestly, just dish out everything out. It will b over b4 u know it and then a world will be lifted off ur shoulders.

Well, it depends on why you are nervous about talking to them. In this case, it's probably someone you are interested in romantically. I suggest that you think about a list of topics that they would enjoy discussing beforehand (for example, the new movie that you overheard her talking to her friend about that she just -loves-) so that you do not look like a blabbering fool when you get up the courage to talk to them. Secondly, relax. Picture them being someone else you're comfortable with, and just be yourself. Don't worry about it. If you are yourself, they will like you for you.
