I think people on here should have to take an online stupidity test in order for that to work out.
People who pass and are smart won't have the report me button, while those who fail have to have it.
Questions don't have to be school related, like math or anything, just make sure they are intelligent and can spell correctly.
If not, people will spam the place up with rude, ignorant comments.

Very good idea. I'm sure some soccer mom is sitting at her computer monitoring this site and reporting everything that she finds offensive. A couple of soccer moms and retired men who think they're being good Samaritans.

There does need to be some limits. Don't it to go overboard with spam and with hate and racist stuff.
