Always trying to throw mud, invent scandal, etc.
Explain to me why 22% of the elected Democratic Representatives have criminal records and that is never reported. Double standards.
They're like brats that scream and kick when they don't get their way.

Hey Guitarman!
It was Gore and the Dems who took it to court. Bush won. Go back to history class.

Gosh! 7 years later, and half the liberal answers still think Gore won. Blind by hatred, that's all I can say.
The supreme court did not hand it to Bush, they handed it back to Florida to decide, and he won. I remember the Dems going to court to try and block the US military absentee ballots too.

I guess the liberals tuned in late back in 2000. The first candidate to run to court was Albert Gore.
He ran to the Florida Supreme Court who should have sent him to the Florida Legislature. The Court has no jurisdiction in elections. But since they stuck their judicial noses in and starting ordering illegal recounts, Bush was forced to stop the illegal practice by appealing to the U.S.Supreme Court. Knowing full well that the courts do not have jurisdiction their decision basically told the Flordia Court to butt out.
Just a little friendly note. Even though Gore mananged to have several illegal recounts done in select districts in an illegal manor, he never came out ahead. Not a single time.
Did I mention that the Florida Supreme Court is loaded with liberal judges? Are you surprised?
Further proof that today's liberals are actually either socialists or what socialists call useful idiots. Socialists want to dictate. They feel people are too stupid to decide for themselves.

Both parties have had their share of legal problems. Both parties throw mud (because it works!)
America, Mark Twain once said, is a nation without a distinct criminal class "with the possible exception of Congress."
You would think that anyone running for Congress would have a clean criminal record. Some in Congress couldn't get a credit card with their credit rating.

The Constitution says the elected government can make decision - but certain things it can never do. For instance, it can't infringe on freedom of speech. And if an elected government doesn't respect those limits, you have to go to court to protect yourself. What's wrong with that?
And the reason it's not reported that 22% of elected Democratic reps have criminal records is because its bull. It's shocking that anyone would fall for such an obvious lie. What other lies do you base your beliefs on?

no longer fairly, in each and every of the lies and accusations of racism via the unconventional left wing, the reality will become distorted no longer basically with regards to the Republicans yet in addition the Democrats who make those accusations themselves. The Democrat party seems to be stricken by selective reminiscence whilst it comprises their long and shameful history of bigotry and racism. Liberals like to call conservatives racist using fact being noted as a racist is the single maximum unfavorable can charge for any American. whilst they are able to’t convey something clever to a debate they hold close at straws and droop to insults in an attempt to discredit or undermine the conservative credibility. And in a fantastic demonstrate of hypocrisy, lots of a similar Democrats who dishonestly shout accusations of "bigotry" at conservatives are practising bigots of the main disgusting and disreputable sort themselves.

Unless you want to throw away 200 years of US law and about 400 years of British law...elections are a rather new idea really...there was a rule of law when kings ruled....so you are saying the rule of law is not important and we should just let politicians decide our lives...insanity!!!
I should have read your "question" better before I answered...you are all over the place on this one...first you say courts should not decide things then you say politicians are crooked...make up your mind

The courts have one area of authority. Elections are primarily for legislators and executives, which are different areas of authority.
As to your statistics, how many Republican Representatives have criminal records? Probably pretty close to the same percentage. It's endemic to the political process.
And BTW, how do you know about their criminal records if they were never reported? Did you go around checking every courthouse in the country?

Because liberals are DEBATERS. When you are good at debating, you can make black look white! In the courts, you can debate! In elections, you need to to appear logical. Most of their positions are illogical! Therefore, they don't want them out in the open. Hence: the ACLU!!!

They resort to chicanery because it is very hard for a liberal to get elected outside of the major city enclaves where the ignorant welfare voters are concentrated and can be fooled into voting for their candidates.
