Does anyone know of a resource where i can find symbols for these things?
Maybe chinese, japanese, celtic, etc., type symbols.

Just be careful if you're getting any wording in chinese,japanese or any other lanuage than your own, or you honestly know what it says, because they will put something else instead of what it actually is suppose to say.
anyways.... you could go to your local tattoo parlar they would have books and such for you to look at, i know mine does.

You could get in either Kanji (Asian letters) or any other language of your choice the three phrases, "was" "am" "will become". This is a tattoo I have been thinking about for quite a while myself. My husband & I are getting tattoos together(different things, & no names or initials or anything) for Valentines Day. Spanning down the left side of my ribcage will be the quote, "All I knew & all I believed are crumbling images that no longer comfort me." This quote has alot of potential meanings, but for me it is a reminder that the person I was is not the person I am. Its from a song called "Flood" that has alot of significance to me. Off the top of my head, I cant think of a symbol that symoblizes exactly what you want though so you may want to consider quotes of some kind.

Ok so its not a tattoo website or anything but it should work.

A very good one would be two butterflies on a branch close together because it symbolizes how close you are to your daughter
