Umm well im doin a project in class which allowes me to make anything possible out of only 9 items(plz exuse my bad spelling): a styrafoam plate, a paper napkin a plastic cup a peice of string like around 12 in a pastic spoon and
4 toothpicks PLZ GIVE ANY IDEAS U HAVE AsAP! THX!

Put the plate right side up on the table. Poke a hole in the middle of the bottom of the cup, tie one end of the string to the middle of a toothpick and thread the string from the inside of the cup to the outside so that the toothpick keeps the string from going through the hole. Glue the cup to the middle of the paper plate. Tie the string just under the bowl of the spoon so that it will be kind of tight when you place the end of the handle on the bottom (now the top) of the cup. By levering the spoon, the tightness of the string will change, by strumming it, you make a miniature wash tub bass guitar. Use the napkin to cover the display until ready to show it, use the other toothpicks as guitar picks.

This would be much better for a girl and I THINK you are a boy based on your name and spelling. But I will give you my Idea anyway.
This going to be a bridal bouquet. Cut a hole in the plate that will allow the cup to slide down into it leaving the rim above the flat of the plate.
Open the napkin flat and pick it up from the center, poke or glue the center down into the cup. Arrange it pretty, this is the basis for adding the flowers ( spoons and tooth picks.)
Put the plastic spoons down into the cup, upside down and right side up to be the flowers. If you can use markers you could color the spoons as flowers.
Use the toothpicks as you wish. The string could be tied into a bow and attached to the edge of the cup with a toothpick.
OR***************************************************************
Make a bunch with the spoons and bunch the napkin (open)
put them in the center) around them for the flowers then you put the bunch into the cup.

go get the first few season's of MacGyver on DVD and watch the episodes - I'll bet he'll teach you how to make a car out of that much stuff, whatever it is, it will be sooooo cool!

you can make art, just glue the stuff together or tie them in a pretty way, and call it art.
